What happens
01We talk first
Two minutes on what you're using, what's changed lately, and what's bothering you. Your consultation form covers the safety side so the table time goes to your skin, not paperwork.
02Double cleanse and analysis
Makeup and sunscreen come off first, then a proper cleanse, then I actually look at your skin under a light before choosing anything.
03Exfoliation and extractions
Exfoliation chosen for your skin that day, then extractions where they're worth doing. I'd rather leave one congested pore than push skin that's telling me no.
04Massage, mask, finish
Facial massage, a mask picked for how your skin is behaving, then serum, moisturizer, and SPF.
Afterwards
Most people leave a little flushed and looking rested — that settles within an hour or two. If there were a lot of extractions you may see small marks overnight. Skip actives for 24 hours and wear sunscreen.

Questions
How often should I get a facial?
About every four to six weeks suits most people — that's roughly one skin cycle. If you're working on something specific, a series booked closer together does more than the same number of visits spread across a year.
Will you extract everything?
Only what comes willingly. Forcing extractions is how you turn a small clog into a mark that lasts a month. If there's a lot going on, we do it across visits.
Is this okay for sensitive skin?
Yes — every step is chosen on the day, so a sensitive skin facial and a congested skin facial look quite different. Tell me on your form and I'll build it gently.
