Your privacy

Your name, phone number, the treatment you picked, and any note you leave. If you tell me how you found me, that too. This is what lets me hold your time and text you your confirmation and reminders.

Before your first visit I ask about your skin, what you're using on it, allergies, medications, and things that genuinely change what is safe to do — Accutane, retinoids, pregnancy, blood thinners, recent injectables or lasers, active cold sores.

This is health information, and I treat it that way. It exists so I don't do something to your skin that hurts you. Only I ever see it, it is never used for marketing, it is never shared with anyone, and it is never sold. It stays on file so you don't have to write it out again, and you can update or correct it anytime from the link in your confirmation text.

Every time you book, you're asked whether I can film your treatment, and the answer starts at no. Your appointment is exactly the same either way — the question is only ever about my Instagram and TikTok, never about how you're treated.

You're asked again on every booking rather than once, because agreeing in June isn't agreeing in July, and I'd rather ask twice than assume. If you leave it unticked, nothing gets filmed. That's the whole rule.

Changed your mind? Tell me at any point — before, during, or after. If something is already posted, I take it down. You don't have to give a reason.

Deposits and series are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them — they never touch this site and I never see them. All I receive back is confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Confirmations, reminders and appointment changes are sent through Textbelt, which needs your number to deliver them.

Reply STOP to any message and you'll be removed from offers immediately and automatically. Confirmations and reminders for appointments you actually booked will still come through, because you need those.

Bookings and forms are stored in Supabase, and the site runs on Vercel. Both are used by an enormous number of businesses and neither has any right to your information beyond storing it for me.

I use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to see which pages people read and which link brought them here — how many, not who. If you arrive from a link I've posted somewhere, the site records which one so I know what's worth doing again.

None of this is tied to your name or your form. If you'd rather not be counted at all, your browser's tracking protection or a private window will handle it.

I don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. There is no mailing list being quietly built out of your booking. Your consultation form is never used for anything except your treatment.

Text or message me and I'll delete it — your form, your notes, your history. I'll keep the minimum a business has to keep for its own records, which means payment records for tax purposes, and nothing else.

You can also just ask me what I hold about you and I'll tell you. It's your information.

Treatments are booked by adults. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to book and be there.

If I start using something new, this page changes with it rather than after it. Last updated August 15, 2026.
