What happens
01Cleanse and steam
Back skin is thicker and holds onto congestion harder than the face, so it gets longer under steam to soften everything first.
02Exfoliation and extractions
The part you can't do yourself. This is the bulk of the appointment and the reason backs usually take a few visits to properly clear.
03Mask and hydrate
A mask suited to what came up, then a light finish that won't sit heavy under clothes.
Afterwards
Some redness across the areas worked on, usually gone the same day. Wear something loose and clean afterwards, skip the gym for the rest of the day, and give it a few days before a spray tan.

Questions
How many will I need?
Backs are slower than faces. Three visits about six weeks apart is the honest timeline for clearing real congestion, which is why the series is built that way — one visit will help, but it won't finish the job.
What do I wear?
You'll be face down and draped throughout, undressed to the waist. Bring or wear something loose to leave in.
